The project marks a strategic milestone in the evolution of our digital ecosystem, OffshoreStudio.AI and FLOCO®, uniting Repsol Sinopec Brasil’s operational knowledge, engineering standards, and flow assurance expertise within a single, AI-augmented design environment.
The project introduces an LLM-based orchestration engine into OffshoreStudio.AI, a capability that translates high-level engineering intent into structured scenario definitions and executable workflows. Rather than operating discrete tools in sequence, the engineer focuses on defining the study; the system takes care of standardizing, structuring, and executing it against canonical engineering data. This establishes a new operating model for offshore concept design and positions the platform at the leading edge of applied AI in the sector.
Two advanced flow assurance and asset integrity technologies will be industrialized as modules within the ecosystem. Repsol Sinopec Brasil’s decision to build these technologies on OffshoreStudio.AI signals the platform’s maturity as the reference infrastructure for offshore engineering.
